MEET SHEP

Fit Prep with Shep aka Kelly Sheppard, I've been passionate about living an athletic lifestyle from a young age. Running, Lacrosse and Track were my sports of choice and then many years later I entered into the fitness and wellness world.  Was employed at a fitness club(died and breathed there), training and teaching in all different disciplines.   My passion only got stronger once I pursued being a participant in the Ontario Physique Association. Hence where the birth of MEAL PREP became an instilled habit and lifestyle I live today.
 
With this passion for meal preparation I believe others in all situations would benefit from learning, doing and/or having it done for them to suit their needs.

Being an empty nester and each year getting closer to retirement we ask ourselves what will we do...you guessed it, for me it is FITPREPWITHSHEP.
