1. What is a FIT PREP consultation?​

The consultation is a 1–2 hour session where we talk about your goals, lifestyle, and eating habits. I’ll help you understand how to read food labels, portion your meals, and set up a prep plan that works for you — whether that’s for a day, a week, or a month. It’s relaxed, personal, and totally judgment-free!

2. Do you prep the meals for me or do we cook together?​

That’s totally up to you! We can:

  • Cook and prep together (individually, as a couple, or with your family),

  • Or I can prep everything for you so your fridge, freezer, and pantry are stocked when you get home.
It’s your choice — I’ll work around your needs and schedule.

3. I’m not great at cooking — is this still for me?​​

Yes! You don’t need to be a chef to start eating better. I’ll walk you through everything in a simple, easy-to-follow way. No stress, no complicated recipes — just real food and real help.

4. Can I include fitness goals too?​

Absolutely. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or improving energy and focus, we can create a plan that includes both food and movement. If fitness is a part of your journey, we’ll talk about how to safely and sustainably incorporate it.

5. How often do we meet?

​You decide what works best for you — weekly, biweekly, monthly, or even a one-time deep-dive to get started. It’s all about what fits into your life and keeps you feeling motivated.

6. How do I get started?​
